What I do object to is the suggestion that the BUsh Administraion has been tying financial aid to the requiremtent that condom use be discouraged. (A story I have seen more than once. I have the same objection to the ROman Catholic position--"just say no" is nice but lets also help those who can't/won't say no be safe too).<BR/><BR/>Really the scandal is that HIV/AIDS seems to largely be yesterday's news even though it is still a major health crisis.
