I bussed from Bridgeport, CT to Dayton, OH for my roommate's wedding back in 1968, when smoking was still allowed on busses; it was awful. Trips home from Mass. to Me. in college were by bus too, and I invariably got sick. I am all for public transport but not those old Greyhounds.
