'Tis the time of year to be thinking of fall studies. This book was suggested as a possible late fall/Advent study. Earlier this year I read another book by the same author, that one was on Revelation.I think it would work as a study. I disagree with some of the comments Schmidt makes about the Scripture he is discussing but that just makes for more opportunities to discuss.... right?
THough part of me wonders if a study group reading Borg/Crossan's The First Christmas might be better....
