Is This Hilarious or WHat??


THis is a picture of a special quarter made to honour Canada's veterans. Very attractive, very striking.
Are people associated with the US military really this paranoid--and borderline delusional?

    Ithink the one in this picture was under UV light. Apperently teh strange way the coating over teh cccolour reacts to UV rays was one of the causes for concdern.
