Looking For a Cliche

If at first you don't succeed try try again. No that isn't right
Third time lucky! STill not quite it.
One for the money, two for the show, three to get ready... Um don't think so.

Well I am stumped. What is the right saying for when you have two wonderful creations (children for example) and are now waiting on a third, say around the beginning of June. Other than Help, they'll outnumber us! of course. (More testosterone in the house would be a nice outcome though :) )

  1. Sorry, no cliche is coming to me at the moment...

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I hope Patty is feeling good and not too terribly pukey. Did she have much morning sickness with the girls?

Oh, and as far as the due date goes -- um, Gord, some people will do anything to skip the Annual Meeting of Conference. :)

  2. Honestly Sue that was not the plan. Actually it is a less than popular side-effect -- Patty really likes going to COnference.

And the nausea is somewhat moreso this time. (Hard to call it morning sickness when evening is often the worst time)

  3. I'm of the opinion that good things happen in threes :-)

    Congrats!

BTW my word verification for this was "taada!" I thought it was appropriate for this post.

My word verification was "wnwjwrp"... not nearly as appropriate.

  8. That's great, Gord! My sister-in-law, who has 3 children, once told me "when the children outnumber the parents, you're in trouble." So, great minds agree about that.

  14. It's a VERY slow way to grow a Sunday School. Three times the charm? I always like thing in even numbers.... so you need at least ONE more. =o)
